Dexter, Michigan · Est. on the farm
Handcrafted breads, small-batch preserves, and a curated grocery pantry — all grown, made, or sourced from our working farm just off Dexter Ann Arbor Road.
Our Story
Fireworks on the Farm began as a simple idea: grow what you love, bake what matters, and leave the rest to the neighbors. Located on six acres along Dexter Ann Arbor Road, our small working farm has been producing seasonal baked goods and pantry staples for the Dexter community for years.
Every sourdough loaf is started from a mother culture that's been with us since day one. Our preserves are made from orchard fruit picked at peak ripeness. The groceries on our shelves are chosen the way we'd choose for our own tables — honest ingredients, minimal processing, and a story behind every label.
We don't mass-produce. We don't rush. If a batch isn't ready, you'll hear it from us directly — because honesty tastes better than convenience.
What We Make
48-hour fermented loaves with a shaggy crust and open crumb. Baked in small batches, cooled on the farm, available fresh each morning.
Flaky croissants, laminated tarts, and seasonal fruit galettes made with real butter — no shortcuts, no margarine, no compromises.
Fruit picked at peak season, cooked in small kettles, and sealed in glass. Varieties change with the harvest — expect the unexpected.
A thoughtfully assembled pantry of local honey, olive oils, grains, and specialty items — everything we'd keep in our own kitchen.
Made-to-order cakes and fruit tarts for birthdays, gatherings, or quiet Sunday mornings. Built around what's ripe and what's ready.
Local-roasted coffee, fresh-squeezed juices, and seasonal drinks — perfect for pairing with a warm pastry from the oven.
